Week 1


Using our agency tools, we’ll take a deep dive into your ‘citations’, finding every corner of the internet that mentions your business or branch and lists your business name, address, phone number and website. Using your customer database, we will manage staggered campaigns that request reviews from your clients. These campaigns are structured in such a way that any review less than a 4 or 5 star is filtered to a feedback form, whereas those leaving positive reviews are encouraged to leave a public review on Google, Facebook or other platforms. A single reminder is sent to clients who do not open or click on the review requests 7 days after the initial email is sent.
